Lillian Wang
Lillian is a senior and has been an active member of Math Team since freshman year. Lillian attended PROMYS over this past summer, and has competed in many competitions including AIME, ARML, BMT, MMATHS, ICTM, NSML, and MTFC. While she loves solving challenging problems, she enjoys connecting with fellow math enthusiasts even more. Beyond Math Team, she is also a part of Chemistry Club and a violinist in Patriot Orchestra.
Jaden Chen
Jaden Chen is a senior and he’s been with Math Team since he was a wee freshman; he loves learning math, debating, and any tangents these can inspire, whether that be rigorously proving how dogs are better than cats or modeling the number of Culver’s in America. He’s competed in USAMO, MTFC, ICTM, ARML, HMMT, and is this year’s NSML oralist. When he’s not exploring numbers, Jaden can be found reading, practicing piano, or preparing for his NHL tryout.
Audrey Hong
Audrey is a senior and has been in Math Team since she was a freshman. Math competitions that she has participated in include AMC, AIME, NSML, ICTM and more. Her favorite math topic is probability and is also interested in computer science and art. When she’s not being a math nerd, she’s off being another type of nerd, so feel free to talk to her about comic books or D&D!
Diana Tang
Diana is currently a senior at SHS and has been with Math Team since freshman year. She has participated in several math competitions, including AMC, AIME, ARML, ICTM, MTFC, and NSML. Outside of Math Team, Diana likes to read, dabble in computer science, and enjoy the wonders of music, so feel free to invite her for a karaoke session any time!
Angela Ho
Angela Ho is a junior at Stevenson High School. She has been avidly involved in Math Team since freshman year, and has participated in math contests including the AMC, AIME, MPFG, ARML, ICTM, NSML, BMT, and SMT. She has also attended various math summer programs, and loves teaching math to young students. Outside of math, Angela enjoys running, singing, physics, and traveling. A fun fact about Angela is that she has never been stung by a bee!
Tanav Ravella
Tanav is currently a junior and this is his third year in Math Team. He has participated in the AMC, AIME, NSML and ICTM. On top of the competitions, he loves volunteering for the Consortium Contest and Math Carnival. He’s always listening to music and enjoys listening to RnB and hip-hop mainly. If you see him looking sleepy on a Friday morning it is probably because he stayed up late listening to a new album.
