On October 29, Stevenson traveled to Vernon Hills High School for the second conference meet of the school year. The Stevenson freshman and seniors teams had a perfect night, earning 75 out of 75 points! The sophomore and juniors teams still took first place among on-site teams, and oral presenter Amber Dong (Jr) tied for second place with 45 points!
Andy Chang (Fr), Eric Xiong (Fr), Claire Yu (Fr), Alex Zhang (Fr), Amarjot Singh (So), Amritha Praveen (Jr), Jill Wang (Jr), Eric Zhang (Jr), Jonathan He (Sr), Angela Ho (Sr), and Tanav Ravella (Sr) all had perfect papers!
Stevenson earned 323 points out of a possible 350, tied with Whitney Young for the best performance of the night across the conference. Stevenson remains in second place in the conference standings, still 7 points behind Whitney Young.
